Refund policy

If you are looking to return your order, we are here to help! We offer free returns within 45 days from the date of delivery.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Earrings due to hygiene reasons.
• Made to order items.
• Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-7 working days of receiving return shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to return an item:

1. Email us info@solvar.com;
2. Include your order number (found on your order confirmation);
3. We will send you a prepaid returns label and full instructions.

Additional Information:

• Returns are free - we'll cover the cost of return shipping;
• Please ensure items are securely packaged; we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

All Solvar jewellery is covered by a 12 month warranty from the date it was purchased.

Each piece of Solvar is individually designed and crafted in the highest standard using centuries old craftsmanship skills. We use only the finest gold and sterling silver and all our jewellery is Irish hallmarked by the Dublin Assay Office.

This warranty covers faults in materials and craftsmanship and does not apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use, neglect or normal wear and tear from regular use.

In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Solvar jewellery through our website and you must provide proof of purchase.
